Comments: Nice vinyl for the price works great customers love it

Comments: Love the product! Also Love the customer service at H&H! This was MY mistake and they took care of me. I had ordered just like I always do, except I hit the wrong box. To my surprise I receive a roll of matte white vinyl 7 days later. Freaked out I call and speak with customer service. This lady goes out of her way, first she looks at my past orders and confirms I always order Gloss, then she heads to the shop floor and finds someone that can get the correct roll boxed and shipped. She did let me know that I would have to pay shipping both ways on the mistake and the new roll. Me "OK" H&H sent me an RMA 2 days later, after sending my correct roll out. I quickly shipped back the wrong roll and received the correct faster than expected. Top notch service even though it was MY mistake. Comments: I have used a lot of vinyl over the years, and i have never used this until now. and wow this stuff weeds really good, like or better then Oracal . this is going to be my new vinyl. and this was my first time buying from hhsignsupply and this for sure will not be my last . Comments: I have used GT5 vinyl for years and I have never had a problem with it. It is great color and perfect for my customers!

Comments: Really like GT5 over others for small lettering in production runs. I cut half in tall for a customer and the GT5 pulls from the backer and the transfer tape (r tape) better than any other we haven tried.
